Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival along with the full contact details of the lead guest who will check-in. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note there is a cleaning fee of GBP 30.
No parties are accepted in the apartments and no noise is accepted past 23.00.
Only the number of people stated on the occupancy room type can be accommodated at the booked apartment.
Please note that the card holder of the card used to make the booking must be present for check-in. You are also required to bring photo ID for check-in. If this is not possible, the card holder is required to complete a third party authorisation form prior to check-in.
The property will photocopy your passport upon arrival.
Payment is required via bank transfer prior to arrival. The property will contact you once you have made a booking detailing the payment instructions.
All guests must be of at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Luxton Apartments - Notting Hill in advance of your expected arrival time. 在台股上漲及亞洲貨幣兌美元走揚下，新台幣兌美元今（24）日早盤狹幅盤整偏升，但升幅有限，甚至一度翻貶，目前高低價差僅 4.1 分。同時，在日圓回升之下，台灣銀行日圓兌新台幣現鈔賣出價也快拉回 0.27 字頭，早盤最高來到 0.2697 元，目前在 0.2696 元震盪。
受科技與產業類股下跌拖累，美國股市各主要指數都從新高紀錄下滑，道瓊工業指數終場跌 54.25 點或 0.23% ，收在 23274.38 點；那斯達克指數挫低 42.23 點，跌幅 0.64% ，成為 6586.83 點；標準普爾 500 指數走低 10.19 點或 0.4% ，報 2565.02 點；費城半導體指數則逆勢收高 5.80 點或 0.47% 至 1237.14 點。
至於台北股市，昨日開高走低，終場僅小漲 6.33 點，收在 10735.21 點，漲幅 0.06% ，成交金額 1042.77 億元。今日台股開盤漲 14.69 點，加權股價指數以 10749.90 點開出，目前上漲 10 點左右。其中台積電股價開盤上漲1元來到 240 元，之後拉回平盤震盪，漲跌互見。
國際匯市部分，亞洲主要貨幣兌美元偏升，其中韓元升破 1130 價位，目前來到 1128.05 韓元兌1美元，日圓也一度回升至 113.23 日圓兌1美元，目前在 113.3 震盪，也使得台灣銀行日圓兌新台幣現鈔賣出價在 0.2696 元震盪，而人民幣兌美元中間價來到 6.6268 元，較前一交易日貶值 63 基點。
至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，在台股走揚及韓元、日圓兌美元升值下，新台幣兌美元今日早盤也升值，但升幅有限，以 30.26 元、升值 0.2 分開出後，觸及 30.227 元、升值 3.5 分，之後一度翻貶來到 30.268 元、貶值 0.6 分，目前又回升在 30.245元震盪。
